Optilogic set out to redefine how supply chains are designed. With the vision but no product team to build it, Optilogic brought in Kodius to develop Cosmic Frog from scratch — a cloud-native design tool that has since drawn investors from across the globe.

One team, scaled as the product grew
The project started with just a few people and grew to a team of around 10 — a team lead, UX/UI designer, and developers — as Cosmic Frog took shape.
Work ran in two-week sprints, with feedback after each one shaping what came next and keeping everyone on the same page.
Optilogic’s UK team worked most closely on Cosmic Frog day to day, with regular meetings bringing in the Utah, USA headquarters.
